The Posture Tracker iPhone app helps you maintain good sitting posture by tracking the angle of your upper body, and then vibrating if your posture is too far forward or backward. Just open the app, press the start button, and place your iPhone in your shirt pocket.
In order to track the angle of your upper body, the iPhone must be placed against your upper body. We recommend placing your iPhone in your shirt pocket, but you can also use an armband, or a lanyard. The app settings will allow you to customize the forward and back angle at which the alert occurs, as well as the grace time and frequency of the alerts.
